He is survived by: his wife Kassie; his children, Erik Hensley (Alicia), Amanda Stratton (Mitchell), Kelsie Hensley (Justin Manning), Mackenzie Ringle (Zach), Sidney Gatus (Mark) and Thaine Sannar (Kristen Walters); his father Bert Pay; his sisters, Tracy Lamb (Cory), Trudy Roe (Bob), Jennifer McMillian (Jacob) and Cynthia Sole (Kyle); his in-laws, Mike, Tammy Nuzzolo, Justin Mark, Nicole Gulso (Bruce) and Jonathan Nuzzolo; and his friends, Matt, Kari, Mike and Michelle. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
