It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Dell Decker in Clearfield, Utah, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle Hammond and Mildred Bird Decker; his former wife Cindy Nickell Decker; and his daughter Brooke Decker. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Layne Decker; his son Joshua "Josh" Decker; his stepson Matthew Clift; his grandchildren, Brian Smith and Gabi Quick (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Breilynn Quick, Taytum Quick and Holt Quick; and his siblings, Lyle Decker (Marie), Laura Decker and Don Alan Decker (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
