He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nobert Clement and Heloise Oncale; his wife Barbara Clement; his grandmother Heloise Oncale (J. Norbert Clement); his brothers, Raymond and Larry; and his sons, Scott, Kelly, Micah, Jeff and Matt.
