He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hodge and Ruth Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Bybee; his stepchildren, Josh and Megan; and his siblings, Cathy Park, Mike Hodge, Dan Hodge and Dave Hodge.
