She is survived by: her former husband Donald Lynn Horsley; her spouse Lemont R. Barnes; and her children, Melanie Campbell, Stephen Horsley (Tristan), Laurie Horsley, Lisa Sweeten (Russ), Dallin Bennett (Brandy), Tyler Allen and David Allen.
