He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter-in-law Amber; his children, Anderson, Coleson, Madison of Meridian, ID, Christopher (Jennifer) and Shelby Kendall (Jake); his great grandchild Wayne; his children, Shaylee, Samantha of North Ogden, UT and Jeremy (Amy); his grandson Tyler; and his daughters, Indianna and Bella of Castle Rock, CO..

In lieu of flowers, the family would be very grateful for any donations to assist with funeral expenses and Kathy's future care.
