She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Whipple and Jennie Whipple; and her former husband Ben. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Demo Harvey; and her children, Susan Freeze (Cliff), Bob Harvey (Cathy), Deborah Goates (Ken) and Steve Harvey (Shelly). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
Due to the COVID-19 heath restrictions, the funeral services will be for immediate family only.
Illa demonstrated a Christ like love and charity to all those she served.
