He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy Judkins and Unis Judkins; his wife Ruth Marie Lewis Judkins; his children, Russell Judkins (Loree), Chris Judkins (Laci), Marcee Carlton (Chris) and Chelcee West (Tyler); and his sister Helen Horton (Tom). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
