He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Stephens and Iona Stephens; and his siblings, Leah Burns and Mike Stephens (Vicki). He is survived by: his children, Jason Stephens (Nancy), David Stephens (Emily), Lukas Stephens, Steve Stephens (Kelly) and Lisa Trujillo; his sisters, Pam Surganovich (Steve) and Lynn Cunningham (Dan); and his former wife Danna Bell. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
