He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Bagley; his children, Angela Furlong (Darryl), Michelle Slade (Clay) and Michael David (Jamie); and his adoptive son Mike Boone (DeLys). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
