He is survived by: his children, Billie Wayne Jr. of Clearfield, Bruce Lane (Heidi) of Clearfield, UT, Brent DeVaughn (Michele) of Clearfield, UT and Babette Ann (Dean) of Ogden, UT; his wife Trish; his children, Dana, MaryBeth and Raynette (James) of Arizona; and his sister Joyce (Don) of Bakersfield, CA. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, and his many great grandchildren.
