We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2021, at the age of 49, Billie Jo Taylor of Clearfield, Utah, born in Ogden, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepmother Marcie Smith; and her brothers, Richard Hughes and Frank Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, William O. Smith (Clearfield) and Caroline Songer Hughes Smith; her former spouses, Mark Hurd and Glenn Taylor; her children, Kimberlyn Taylor (Roy) and Wes Hurd (Roy); her stepfather Randy Edwards (Clearfield); and her siblings, Carol Edwards (West Point), Debra Skinner, Gina Dabney (Ogden), Richard Vickery (Hooper), Guy Rone (Clearfield) and John Vandurmulen of Great Falls, MT. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and numerous friends.
