It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shana Jensen (Circleville, Utah), born in Richfield, Utah, who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Janice Jensen; and her grandparents, Romaine Jensen, Thurma Jensen, Bill Fullmer and Eventa Fullmer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marty Jensen (Natalie) of Loa, Derrin Jensen (Allyson) of Circleville and Ann Kennedy (Travis) of Marysvale. She is also survived by 6 nephews and 10 nieces.
