He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Davis Nay and Albert J Nay; his sister Ona Beth Flinders; and his half-brother Elmer Fox. He is survived by: his sister OnaBeth; and his children, Curtis Nay, Denise Evans (Paul), Steven Nay (Diane), Cleve Nay, Burke Nay (Jolynne) and Les Nay (Staci). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
