He is survived by: his wife Rachel Morgan of Circleville; his children, Todd Smith (Leslie), Jennifer Bevan (Dan) and Ephraim; his sister Valeria King; and his sister-in-law Marlynn Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
