She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Atkin and Dolores Atkin; and her brother Tom Atkin. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Wayne Chisholm of Central Valley; her children, Dr. Richard Chisholm (Loreen) of Monroe, Utah, Michael Chisholm (Becca) of Meridian, Idaho, Dr. Jon Chisholm (Cathi) of West Mountain, Utah, Dr. Jared Chisholm (Becky) of Grand Junction, Colorado and Riana Jasperson (Shane) of Santaquin, Utah; and her brother Gary Atkin (Marsha). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
