She is survived by: her spouse Henry Van Den Hazel; and her children, Nancy Rasmussen, Henry Jr. Van Den (Claudia) and Debra Green (Jesse). She is also survived by daughters, 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
