He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his grandchildren, Austin, Chelsea, Ashley, Justin, Nicholas, Shane, Rebecca, Cassidy, Robert, Ryan, Hannah and Cameron; his siblings, Bountiful, Vernal, Centerville, Lucille, Faye and Dode (Marion Taylor); his cousin Howard Moore; and his brother-in-law Leonard Jay Stephenson. He is also survived by wife, three sons, 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
