It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orval Kay Hayes (Centerville, Utah), born in Bountiful, Utah, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orval Hayes and Annie Wilson Hayes; and his grandson Jandson. He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Anderson; his wife Linda Smith Hayes; and his great grandchild Orval. He is also survived by his four children, 13 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
