He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Carl and Thelma Carver Green; his wife Eleanor Slater; his great grandchild Lucas Fonnesbeck; his sister Janean Chipman; his siblings-in-law, Earle Sanders, Jay, Joyce Donaldson and Blaine Slater; his close friend Richard Galbraith; and also, Thomas Henry and Nettie Marie Nielsen Slater.
He is survived by: his children, Kirk (Sally), Sharalyn Fonnesbeck (Jay), Blake (Nancy), Jana Kaye Bilton (John) and Bart (Andi); his sister Loralee Sanders; and his brother-in-law Terry Chipman. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren.
