Scott), Steve Smoot (Kathy), Sharm Smoot (Laura), Shauna Essig (Lester), Shane Smoot (Stacey), Scott Smoot (Denise) and Shandell Smoot (Heidi). She is also survived by 51 grandchildren, and 168 great-grandchildren.
Throughout her life, Mary Ellen embodied the very qualities she encouraged others to live: faith, service, charity, and love.
