He is survived by: his wife Karen Culy; his children, Jeremy of Utah, Bethany (James) of Utah, Rebecca (Allan) of Colorado, Jason (Becky) of Washington, Matthew (Elizabeth) of Oklahoma, Mary (Michael) of Colorado, Adam (Heidi) of Utah and Benjamin of Utah; his siblings, Hugh (Joan) of Utah, Wilford (Louise) of Utah, Ronald (Peggy) of Utah, John of Utah and Mary Ellen (David) of Tennessee; and his sisters-in-law, Angeline of Utah and Alyson of Utah. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
