She was predeceased by: her parents, George James Webb and Vivian Rawlins; her husband Robert Mann Arbuckle; her sisters, Lona Mable Schulthies, Betty Jean Salmon and Judy Ann Pack; her granddaughter Kelly Arbuckle; and her great grandchildren, Melissa Morrison and William Hellyer.
She is survived by: her brother George William "Bill" Webb (Shirley); and her children, Cheryl Gove (Robert), Robert (Noleen), Debra Nielsen (Steven), Alan (Karlynne), Gayle Paget (Keith) and Lynda Albrechtsen (Michael). She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandson.
