He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Harold and Lunetta Ford Palmer; his wife Phyllis; and his children, Debra Kellersberger (Kim), Pamela Johnson (Lewis), Joseph K. Palmer (Tina) and Sandra Palmer. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
