It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Buxton Berger (Centerville, Utah), born in Teton, Idaho, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville J. Buxton and Estella L. Bates; her former husband Keith L. Berger; her son Statt; her granddaughters, Alyssa Burnett (Jamie) and Vanessa Berger (Ty); and her siblings, LaJean, Shirley and Farrell.
She is survived by: her children, Patti, Shirlee, Gina, Jamie, Jay and Ty; and her brother Tomas Buxton. She is also survived by twenty six grandchildren and forty-two great grandchildren.
