We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2023, at the age of 85, Frank Annival Roybal (Centerville, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomasita Aerts Roybal and Annival Roybal; and his siblings, Reggie and Patricia. He is survived by: his friend Frank A. Roybal; his wife Joan Hepworth Roybal; and his sons, Scott (Barbara), Chris (Cindy) and David (Shelly). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
