She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry T. Slater and Nettie Hansen Slater; her siblings, Joyce Donaldson and Blaine Slater; and her great grandchild Lucas Fonnesbeck.
She is survived by: her spouse Mel Green. She is also survived by her 24 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren.
