He was predeceased by: his father Leon Olsen; and his grandparents, John, Ellen Olsen, Israel and Ruby Harmon.
He is survived by: his mother Kay Olsen; his sister Cindy McConkie (Wayne); his nieces and nephews, Audrey Merket (Noel), Hope Walker (Joe), Spencer McConkie (Sarah) and Mitchell McConkie (Odyssey); and also, Cooper, Ellen, Porter and Theo.
