Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Porter Lane 2nd Ward Chapel (436 W 400 S, Centerville, UT 84014). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
