He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Green. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Green; his wife Kellie Williams; his children, Abigail and MacKenzie Green; his stepchildren, Austin, Courtney, Rhiley and Sadie; his sister Melissa Green; and his niece Kerensa Green.
