She is survived by: her mother Bobbie Watson; her children, Zachary Neil Thomas, Charlene and Morgan Nicole Thomas; her husband James "Michael" Bates; her grandchildren, Lyrik, Theo, Trinity, Zayne, Trey and Alya; and her siblings, Bobbie Ann, Paul and Jimmy. She is also survived by her mom and many other family members.
