He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Hayes and Beth Hayes; his brother Terry; and his pet Finch. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Smith; his sisters, Darlyne Lawson and Pam Hayes; his sons, Travis and York; his grandchildren, TJ Hayes, Elizabeth Cobb, Tyson Hayes, Katy Hayes, Karter Hayes and Austen Radmall; and his former wife Kathryn Denos. He is also survived by his father, friends, and children.
