He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Stevens; his daughter Kelley Stevens; his parents, Melba Stevens and Reed Stevens; and his siblings, Clifford Taylor, Carlos Taylor, Oral Taylor, Arden Stevens, Leora Stenberg and Arlene Langford.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Marie Durfey Nov; his children, Joan Brinkerhoff (Dave) of Bicknell and Reed Stevens (Cindy) of Loa; his grandchildren, Weston Brinkerhoff (Rachel), Spring Hill, Melissa Mellor (Taylor) of Fayette, Kellie Gardner (Lane) of Cleveland, Natasha Monroe (Devin) of Cedar City and Logan Stevens of Loa; and his great grandchildren, Ivy Brinkerhoff, Nash Brinkerhoff, Olivia Mellor, Tristan Mellor, AdaLynn Gardner and Jentry Gardner.
He suffered from Alzheimer's, but is now freed from his suffering and back in the arms of his beloved wife, Marie.
