He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ann Bingham Higgins; his children, Tori Sue Higgins (Steve Kesler), Darrin Stanley Higgins, Clinton John Higgins (Ethan) of Benicia, CA, Kami Kay Applegate (Jeffery), Mitzi Lee Reynolds (Lark), Laci Lyn Sinnott (Thomas), Faith Louise Stevens (Russ), Misty Higgins and Ania Higgins; and his sister-in-law Arleen Higgins. He is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
