With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Winegar (Centerfield, Utah), born in Ellensburg, Washington, who passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Moulding Winegar; his former spouse Tamra Lynne Bryan; his wife Tammy; his children, Dustin Winegar (Trine), Annie Young (Phil) and Stacy Gordon (Jace); and his siblings, Pam Fackrell, Susan Richmond, Julie Bennett, Steve Winegar and Jon Winegar. He is also survived by three children and their spouses, and seven perfect grandchildren.

A graveside service following COVID guidelines will be held at 1:00 pm at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 E Bengal Blvd.
