He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Marlin and Sarah Lillian Jensen Sorenson; his children, Russell Sorensen and Stacy Simper; and his siblings, Lavon (Clarice Madsen Sorenson), Izola (Blaine Batholomew), Bernice (Arnold Larsen), Keith (Maxine Jensen Sorenson), Max (Emeral Erickson Sorenson) and Oran Willardson (Robert Sorenson).
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his sons, Douglas K. Sorenson of Centerfield and Bruce S. Sorenson of Centerfield; and his sister-in-law Linda Sorenson Wall. He is also survived by Brothers, uncles, cousins and friends.
