She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Bingham and Delores Bingham; her husband Stanley W Higgins of Bishop's Storehouse; and her sisters, Vickie and Debbie.
She is survived by: her children, Tori Higgins (Steve Kesler), Darrin Higgins, Clinton Higgins (Ethan) of Benicia, CA, Kami Applegate (Jeffrey), Mitzi Reynolds (Lark), Laci Sinnott (Thomas) and Faith Stevens (Russ); and her children-in-law, Misty Higgins, Ania Higgins and Jeffery Gates. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Our angel mother's strong and beautiful spirit left her earthly body after a long, hard and brutal fight with Parkinson's disease on April 15, 2024 at her daughter's home in Syracuse.
