He is survived by: his wife LuAnn E. Nielsen; his children, Jacklyn Bartholomew, Jeri Olsen (Jay), Garald Peterson and Natalie Ross (John); and his brother Max Peterson (Claudette). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
