With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dell Ray Draper (Centerfield, Utah), born in Panguitch, Utah, who passed away on February 16, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delno Draper (Nyla) and Freeda Woodard (Dawson); his wife Joan Nielsen; his siblings, Cherri George and Louis Karakis; and his grandson Brett Ostler.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Ray Draper (Patricia), Kelly Lynn Draper and Shirlee Joan Miller (Tim); and his siblings, Vicki Thomson, Richard Draper, Lana Nelson, JoDee Draper, Ruth Hinton and Wilma Robertson. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren with a great-great-grandchild.
