We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2018, at the age of 80, Jay Chapple (Cedar Hills, Utah), born in Provo, Utah passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay Chapple to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Cardon Chapple. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; and his children, Kaylynn Marble (Gordon), Brenda Silvester (Mark), Lori Southam (Rodney), Vicki Carter (Kenyon) and Curtis Chapple.
