He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Wilson; and his children, Stephenie Echols (Jason), Christian Black (Kelly), Tyler Filby (Rhonda) and Jessica Wilson. He was also cherished by Papa Joe is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
