He was predeceased by: his mothers, Florence R Bly and Anna C Troy Bly; and his siblings, John Paul Bly, Richard Xavier Bly, Gerald D. Bly, Hugh Joseph "Buddy" Bly, Florence "Honey" Bly and Katherine A. Bly.
He is survived by: his wife Janeal Heaton Bly of Cedar City, Utah..
