It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Smith (Cedar City, Utah), born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Delphine "Marie"; and his sister Pat. He is survived by: his son Steven Richard Smith (Marion); and his grandchildren, Richard (Lindsay), Samantha (Mark), Shannon (Matt) and Mark. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
