She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark and Rama Lareeta Yardley Bruhn. She is survived by: her husband Robert K. Higbee; her children, Thomas Sean Higbee (Kathy Higbee), Holly Jan Higbee Hafen (Jason Hafen) and Aimee Anne Higbee Uchman (Christopher Uchman); and her grandchildren, Marissa, Jaden, Tessa, Keira Higbee, Hunter, Kaylee, Jace, Lexi, Brynlee Hafen and Sophia Uchman. She is also survived by grandma, mother, and sweetheart, Virginia Bruhn Higbee, returned suddenly and painlessly to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father.
