It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Oliver of Cedar City, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Richard "Brick" and Doris Lorraine Meadows Cowley; her husband Paul James Oliver (Jim); her sister Lynn; and her parents-in-law, Paul and Peggy Oliver.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Tony), Bryan (Michelle) and Justin; her grandchildren, Logan, Jace, Paul, Kylie and Tanner; and her brother Gary Cowley (Rhonda).
