She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Steele (Jordan Noel) of Parowan, Utah. and Amber Mitchell of Cedar City, Utah.; her grandchildren, Dylan and Kayson Folks; her son Robert Paul Folks; her grandson River Day Rodriguez; her brother Randy Chamberlain (Aunt Della Chamberlain); and her brothers-in-law, Rick Williamson and Ralph Robinson.
