He is survived by: his daughter Georgia; his close friend Lisa; his wife Lisa Hansen Payne; his children, Cynthia Lee Diaz, Kristin Betty Cox (Andy), Tamara Lynn Church and Thomas 'Jason' Payne (Nancy); his stepdaughters, Megan Mary Gourley (Kade) and Hannah Elizabeth Ostler (Corey); and his brothers, David Herman Payne and Gary Barton Payne. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
