It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Lack (Cedar City, Utah), who passed away on July 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Lack; her daughters, Pamela Phillips and Robbin Martin; and her grandsons, David Winder and Jesse Gower. She is also survived by her mother, sisters and oldest daughter.
