He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Steven, Jessie (Michelle), Christopher, Laura (Justin Bowler), Leroy Collins and Cody Collins (Kelsey Thorsby); his grandchildren, Gage, Thristian, Skyler, Justin, Serenity, Ashton, Kyrsten, Kailee, Kadence, Jayden, Evelen, Justice David, Aria, Finlee and Javian; and his brother Kenneth Collins.
