He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Allison Knierim (Jared) of LaVerkin, UT, Kristin Jacobs, Megan Coston (Shawn), Michael Jacobs (Erin) and Tanner Jacobs (Dawnie) of Cedar City, UT; and his siblings, Mark Jacobs of Alton, UT and Chris Murrey of Beaverton, OR. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 40 nieces and nephews.
